Our cuisine borders on the classic Mediterranean menu, showcasing the finest in local, fresh produce with particular emphasis on fish dishes cooked with local fish sourced from the Gulf of Salerno. We have a selection of starters. Tasty seafood salad, marinated sea bass and delectable tuna tartare to mention just a few. You can sample among our first course dishes exquisite seafood risotto, delicious spaghetti with fresh clams or sumptuous paccheri (freshly made long, hollow pasta tubes) served with monkfish sauce, topped with smoked mozzarella. For deserts, perhaps the chef’s tempting tiramisú or the croccantino (delicious ice cream blended with crunchy almonds). To complement our array of outstanding fare, we have a wide selection of wines from our locality as well as other regions.
For groups of 15 people or more, Stella Maris Restaurant is able to offer an extensive range of creative dishes for even the most adventurous palate. We also offer our exclusive venue to cater for special functions such as weddings and anniversaries.
